Your exclusions are saved on this device only, in your own browser storage, and they're respected every time you open the funnel again. Nothing about your exclusions is sent to a server, shared with buyers, or sold to anyone.

How are the buyers vetted?
Buyers in the routing pool are remodeling providers that have reserved routing for specific ZIP codes and project types with us. We aim to work with licensed and insured providers, but licensing and insurance requirements vary by state and city — always verify a provider's credentials yourself before hiring. What if there's no local buyer in my ZIP?
You're never routed to a dead end. If no buyer has reserved your ZIP yet, we'll show you a vetted nationwide contractor option instead, with the same phone-reveal flow. If even that isn't available yet, we'll say so plainly rather than pretend otherwise.
Where are my exclusions stored?
On your device only, in your browser's local storage (the hbm_routing_exclusions key). They persist across visits on this device and are never uploaded. Clearing your browser storage resets them.
